Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Seller. Gruppo MCS S.R.L., [address], 81043 Capua (CE), Italy. VAT No. 13029590968, REA MI-2699710, email contact@myvipbike.com.
2. Products and prices. Prices are in euros, VAT included. Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation. Technical specifications for each model are listed on the product page. Before purchasing, please check the traffic regulations in force in your country.
3. Orders. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation via email.
4. Payment. We accept bank transfers. Payment is made in two installments: [50%] upon order confirmation and [50%] upon delivery. Orders not paid for within [5] business days may be cancelled. [Retention of title until full payment: to be assessed with a consultant.]

7. Statutory warranty. For consumers, a statutory warranty of conformity applies for 2 years from delivery. Normal wear and tear does not constitute a lack of conformity. To report a defect, please write to contact@myvipbike.com.
8. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable law and disputes. Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory regulations in the consumer's country. Consumers may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body.
