Return and Withdrawal Policy
Right of withdrawal (14 days). If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the bike, without providing a reason. To do so, please email us at [email] with your order number.
How to return the bike. Within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, please ship the bike back in its original packaging, including all accessories, the charger, and documentation. Return shipping costs are to be borne by [the customer / us: please select]. Please contact us before shipping: the bike contains a lithium battery and requires specific packaging and a suitable courier. If the bike shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its features, you may be held liable for any decrease in value.
Refund. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the bike or proof of shipment. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase [bank transfer to the IBAN used for payment].
