Where we ship. From [Capua (CE), Italy], we deliver to [Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Spain].
Delivery times. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Typically: [1] business day within Italy and [3–5] days for other countries, starting from the date of shipment. For payments made via bank transfer, we ship after receiving payment [of the initial 50%].
Shipping costs. Delivery costs per bike and per country are displayed before you confirm your order.
Packaging and assembly. The bike arrives boxed and requires some simple final assembly steps (handlebars and pedals). The battery is shipped via carriers authorized to transport lithium batteries.
Upon delivery. Please inspect the packaging in the presence of the courier. If it is damaged, accept the delivery with a reservation and email us at contact@myvipbike.com within [48 hours], including photos. You will receive your tracking number via email.
